Q. What kind of spaces do you work on?
We work on homes (new or old), flats, offices, shops, showrooms, cafes, clinics, basements, terraces, farmhouses, and under-construction sites. Whether it's one wall or a full building — we’ve got it.
Q. Do you take small jobs, like painting one room or fixing tiles in a bathroom?
Yes. We don’t discriminate. Big or small — if it’s a real job, we’re happy to serve.
Q. Can I book for just labour, and arrange my own material?
Yes. We offer flexible plans: Labour-only, Material-included, or Partial supply. You decide what suits your budget and trust.
Q. Do you serve Tier 2/3 cities or remote areas?
Currently we are serving in Delhi & NCR only. For remote areas or farmlands, we take bookings with clear transport & stay terms for workers.
🎨 Services & Work
Q. What painting services do you offer?
Everything: basic emulsion, designer wall textures, waterproofing, wood polishing, metal grills, enamel paints, and more. We cover interiors, exteriors, ceilings, furniture, gates — anything paintable.
Q. Do you install tiles and do flooring?
Yes. We handle floor and wall tiling — for bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, balconies, exteriors, and parking. We also remove old tiles if needed.
Q. Do you make modular kitchens?
We install modular kitchens (bought online or from vendors), build granite platforms, tile backsplashes, set up sinks, chimneys, and utility areas.
Q. Can you finish bathrooms from scratch?
Absolutely. From plumbing and tiling to sanitaryware, vanities, accessories, and even false ceilings — we handle bathroom finishing end-to-end.
Q. Do you also do electrical and lighting work?
Yes. We install lights, fans, switchboards, geysers, exhausts, and even wiring for offices or inverter points — with proper safety and testing.
Q. What if I need help with furniture installation or wardrobes?
We install modular wardrobes, beds, shelves, racks, study tables, TV units — whether bought online or custom-made. You can also book us for assembling IKEA, Urban Ladder, Pepperfry furniture, etc.
📦 Bookings & Payments
Q. How do I book Zivatsa services?
Use our [Book Now] page or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll schedule a site visit, understand your needs, and send a quote within 24–48 hours.
Q. Is the site visit free?
Yes, the first site visit is absolutely free for local and metro areas.
Q. How soon can you start after booking?
Once the estimate is approved, we usually begin within 2–4 days depending on location and crew availability.
Q. What are your payment terms?
Standard: 25% advance, 50% mid-work, 25% on completion. All payments are invoiced and tracked. We accept UPI, bank transfer, cheque, or cash.
Q. Can I pay in EMIs?
Currently, EMI or pay-later options are not available. However, we’re working on enabling them soon. Stay tuned!
🔍 Quality & Guarantees
Q. Do you give warranty on your work?
Yes. Most painting and tiling work comes with 6–12 month workmanship warranty (varies by service and condition). Material warranty depends on the brand you choose.
Q. What if I’m not happy after the work is done?
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If anything’s unfinished or needs touch-up, we fix it without argument. Your clean handover is our commitment.
Q. Are your workers skilled and verified?
Yes. Our crew includes trained masons, painters, carpenters, electricians, and tile experts — all supervised by a Zivatsa project head.
💬 Custom Needs & Other Stuff
Q. I have something unusual — a basement studio, a soundproof room, or a farmhouse patio. Can you help?
Definitely. We love custom or experimental jobs. Whether it’s a meditation room, a video studio, an outdoor shower, or a smart café counter — we’ll plan it with you.
Q. Can I get design help too?
Yes. While we’re not an interior design firm, we do offer practical layout advice, material guidance, and what works best for your budget. And we work smoothly with any designer you hire.
